INGREDIENTS:

Sphagnum peat moss, compost (dairy cow manure, wood shavings, volcanic rock dust, concentrations of yarrow, chamomile, valerian, stinging nettle, dandelion and oak bark),
aged fir fines, pumice, volcanic rock dust and kelp meal.
